I'd stay again.

Liked: Great customer service - everyone is so welcoming. Clean; close to Comerica and restaurants.
Disliked: Toilet made the loudest flush noise, so it woke up everyone in the room.

Disliked: Valet parking arrangement was terrible.

Would not stay here again....

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Questionable sound dampening. Was able to hear neighbors footsteps and bathroom sounds at all hours and outside noise (traffic, dump trucks and landscaper blowers) was very intrusive. On the 15th floor. Also, curtains in the bedroom did not fully close and let quite a bit of light in.When ordering room service our food came up cold and was incorrect. We ordered turkey sausage and received bacon.No snacks available to purchase or a microwave. The fridge didn’t have a freezer.

A good place to rest...

Liked: We love the comfortable beds at the Westin, and the room was spacious and well appointed.
Disliked: The location, while convenient, was devoid of life, but perhaps that was due to the August heat.

Liked: Huge room, nice view, super kind and attentive staff. Great hotel. LOVED the water mist system at the terrace!
Disliked: The area is kinda corporate but there are still cool restaurants around.

Liked: The customer service here is awful. Overpriced rooms for poor hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay at another property in the area for the same price with better value.
