I could go on and on - from a parking attendant who ran 1 1/2 blocks to give correct directions. To the clean comfortable rooms, delicious drinks and food at the bar, the security, and fabulous area of town. Would never stay anywhere else when in town - thank you!

Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! Jamille Diggins was a cut above any hotel staff I've encountered. So friendly - he went above and beyond to correct the above items. He made me feel like this was home and they were family members trying to make my stay warm and wonderful!
Disliked: Old wash cloth still in bathroom and snack container opened.

Liked: The room was spacey (even for a family with two children like us), and the staff was friendly and professional, especially the food staff at breakfast.The room had a huge TV with Netflix/Amazon/Disney+ which the children appreciated.
Disliked: Our booking had breakfast included but we didn't get any breakfast vouchers and had to insist significantly before convincing them to give us vouchers for the four of us. They kept saying that normally breakfast isn't included and booking.com should have specified that.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh. We particularly liked the lighting arrangement, which was designed with minute attention to detail.
Disliked: The breakfast and bar facilities were basic. The staff were competent but not very friendly.
