I could go on and on - from a parking attendant who ran 1 1/2 blocks to give correct directions. To the clean comfortable rooms, delicious drinks and food at the bar, the security, and fabulous area of town. Would never stay anywhere else when in town - thank you!

Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! Jamille Diggins was a cut above any hotel staff I've encountered. So friendly - he went above and beyond to correct the above items. He made me feel like this was home and they were family members trying to make my stay warm and wonderful!
Disliked: Old wash cloth still in bathroom and snack container opened.

The Westin is a comfortable,...

Liked: Breakfast: Good. Lots of options and the staff person (a woman) who was on duty Sunday morning was lovely.Staff at the hotel entrance went out of their way to get me taxis, even though the ‘button’ they use to call a taxi wasn’t working. One man (tall, slim) even walked me down a block or two and hailed a taxi! This was on Saturday morning when the street was blocked off for the wedding festivities. Staff at the front desk were also polite and professional.
Disliked: I always have a hard time regulating the temperature in a hotel room and The Westin was no exception. I was sometimes too warm and other times too cool.

Only Super flaw: Y’all need...

Liked: Breakfast @ the facility was amazing, I loved breakfast! I stayed Feb. 28th to March 2nd. There was a beautiful wedding weekend @ the hotel. The family members gowns, suits, attire all around were beautiful. Salmon @ the Lea restaurant was amazing!!!! Staff was Amazing ALL weekend
Disliked: The lunch and dinner menu….. Not the greatest! I did not complain about it thou and one of the baristas/ Lovely bartenders assisted me without me even mentioning it!

Great hotel and a great...

Liked: Location was great. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was also nice. Liked the marble.
Disliked: The comforter is very heavy and hot. Too hot to sleep under unfortunately.

Liked: Great location, good shower, clean room with comfortable beds & bedding.
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room poured horrible coffee.
