A proper birthday celebration!

Liked: It’s got everything we like. A pool and a lounge and a very comfortable bed! The breakfast buffet is superb.

Great hotel for a honeymoon.

Liked: Fantastic sized room. Brilliant variety of foods for breakfast. Staff were very personable at breakfast with quick service and asking for drinks straight away and how we wanted our eggs done. Would stay longer next time. We were offered a later checkout which was great.
Disliked: Having a slightly earlier check in would have been lovely.

Regards to location and comfort...

Liked: The room and the bed good. Please you need to put tooth brass in the rooms and also toilet brass in each toilet.
Disliked: Dinner limited choices compared with Crown and others more need to be done. It's not value for money.

Central location, unfriendly staff

Liked: Good central location and great for accessibility and tourist sites.
Disliked: Staff were all quite unhelpful and a bit grumpy. Except for one young Bell boy in the entrance, rest were not nice.
