Liked: Courteous staff.
Disliked: The big bed was on castors. It moves every time the occupiers move, thus disturbing the other’s sleep.

Liked: Breakfast decent selectionAlthough the Club Lounge had limited food and drinks selection.
Disliked: Club Suite room was dirty Oily floor and door handles Massage bed from previous occupants left in the roomCurried stains on carpetWine stains on sofaFood crumbs found on floor in living and bedroomShower head was leaking and contortedWe were given another same room type the next day. The new room had a sliding door broken corner , sharp corner consider hazardousComplimentary parking and late checkout was given, however I’m not sure if that justifies the poor standard of room cleanliness

Amazing stay with top quality...

Liked: The staff made a special effort for my daughters 7th birthday with a few nice touches including a little cake and the facilities were absolutely stunning
Disliked: Parking is $40/day which is excessive given the cost of rooms per night
