Liked: Unfortunately, there are notes on the residence1- Upon arrival, I carried the bag with my family from the taxi to the hotel and caused troubles to my wife's back, and no one helped us, and I informed the hotel management of this.2- A wing and room barrier, and there is no one-hand soap in the suite, unfortunately, I asked for the second day I came3- I left my room 201 from the morning and when I returned in the evening it was not arranged and informed the hotel about it4- The children in the ward asked for an iron for ironing clothes and they did not bring itI was surprised by the level of service that is not parallel to the value despite the residence of Postin Istanbul and it was great
Disliked: The above notes must be taken, which is of interest. I am a diplomatic man and I am not satisfied with what happened.

Liked: Staff friendly, professional and very helpful.The common areas have been refurbished and are exceptional. Breakfast was better than most hotels, cocktail bar and restaurant we're delightful. Bed comfy.
Disliked: Rooms due for a refurbishment But, all things considered this is still a great option in Milan
