Liked: The location as part of the Galleria Mall was excellent. As well as the Galleria there are lots of other shops around. Nice property, good restaurant & bar. Very helpful staff.

Pleasant hotel is good part...

Liked: Good location , clean and the staff was accommodating
Disliked: For the price I paid , I would have expected the toilet to work all the time and not have to fix the flushing unit with each pull. Also the toilet paper hanger is extremely loose that the paper fell off with every pull. Difficulty communicating with the cleaning staff for they could not understand English, though they were friendly and tried to call for help. The lobby furniture is dated and requires pillows to sit comfortably , that were missing.
