Excellent location, spacious rooms, well...

Liked: The rooms are spacious and well equipped; bathroom with flexible shower, wardrobe for clothes and luggage, comfortable beds.
Disliked: The breakfast area; tables small, food at best average, coffee great but tea awful.

What more could you ask...

Liked: What more could you ask for? A manager who doesn’t answer his guest emails? Cold coffee, fruit salad with hardly anything but melon and dry scrambled eggs for breakfast? Waiters that growl at you? Key cards that take you anywhere in the lift except the floor you want? And high fidelity sound when your neighbour flushes a major? All with great service and smiles from living treasures Hector, Sandra, Rhonda, William Cunningham, Deirdre and others. If we come back it will be for them, a great location and views of the Empire State Building too.
