Liked: I loved the hotel . Staff was friendly. Location was ideal.
Disliked: My booking was for 3 people yet no linen was provided for the sofa bed. Even after it was requested it took forever and a second call to be delivered. The same thing happened to our family members who also had a booking. The breakfast buffett was grossly overpriced as was the parking.

Liked: The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel’s location was excellent, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.
Disliked: The hotel parking was more expensive than the nearby lots. I believe that if they lowered the price to match the others, more guests would use it.Also, the check-in time is a bit late at 4PM. It would be better to set it at 2PM like most hotels. Additionally, moving the check-out time from 11AM to 12PM would be a nice improvement.
