Liked: I loved the location and the view. Hotel was great!
Disliked: I don’t like that because of a glitch in Westins system I was told I would get a complimentary upgrade only to be charged for it later. I have faxed and called regarding this and get no answer.

I always enjoy my stay

Liked: I had a river view room and it was phenomenal. It was quiet and peaceful..
Disliked: I can't say that there was anything that I was displeased with.. Oh Yeah, I can think of one. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast.
