We had lots of fun....

Liked: Room great, a lot to do in property, staff were super friendly. There are great bbq stations in the property and we grilled our own dinner one evening which was very fun. The villa’s kitchen was fully equipped.
Disliked: Travelling with young children we needed cleaning services after 9pm which to our surprise was not available, more than that, they were unable to supply cleaning supplies for us to clean on our own, I had to scrub the floor with dish soap given no other option. I did expect more.A little far if your planing on visit the eastern side of the island (road to Hana for example)

Liked: It was a hopeless faulty towers experience where staff were both incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to assist, didnt know what they were doing etc. I really would not recommend this accomodation as value for money. You expect at this price range a luxury experience and it was anything but.
Disliked: Completely understaffed.

One of the best resorts on the west side, under $ 10.000,- pr week

Liked: VERY Nice hotel/time sharing complex.Friendly and helpful staffNice beach - a bit too much waves for kids that dont swim.modern, fast internet, very quiet Fully equipped apartment with washing machine and tumble dryer
Disliked: unclear cleaning instructions - when and what will be cleaned ???daily / every other day ?
