Liked: I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: I am very easy going and typically give everything rave reviews, however, the TVs, remotes and electrical outlets are inferior to many other places that I've stayed and if I were to recommend this place to a friend who requires laptop, console and other electronic devices I would tell them to bring their own universal remote and possibly extension cords as more than one of my electrical outlets did not work.I had to call the Help Desk twice to have the TV set back to HDMI 1 in order to stream. I believe that this could be achieved by upgrading to Smart TVs with easier access to input and/or better-quality remote controls. I stayed for three days and spent a good part of my time attempting to get my devices up and running (PS5 - i wouldn't even attempt it again as there is no way to get Wi-Fi on the TV, you have to connect to the hotspot from your phone to the PS5 and after 30 minutes or so that begins to fail as well).The room service was excellent, the food was very high quality as far as hotel room service goes and even the guy who had to come back two times to get my TV up and running with a broken finger brought me a Twix and we had a great conversation.I gave a 6 out of 10 being that I did in fact spend a few hours working on getting set up and I understand that my needs may not be what others need when they travel, but I've heard great things about The Westin and I see that you take pride in what you do, so I wanted to take the time to provide positive and constructive feedback.

Solo travel

Liked: I like that it is close to Walmart and the turn pike. The room was a nice size and was very clean. The staff was great as well..also the free breakfast was good too. It wasn't far from Philly or cherry hill mall.
Disliked: Only thing is parking was ample however if you get in late you have a little walk.
