Best change of plans, ever!

Liked: Great location, close to Philly but not too close and in a central business district all of its own, and the team is so kind and accommodating. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Overall, very nice stay

Disliked: Breakfast-gentleman who took our order must be new and missed bringing toast, I had to remind him. Also it took quite a bit of time to get our breakfast.

Sufficient for the wedding party.

Liked: It’s was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bar was the star!

Liked: The Bar is fantastic and the bartender was excellent. The space is lovely and is the heart of the hotel.
Disliked: On the down side, the room is older and it looks its age. Perhaps a little update is scheduled soon?

Liked: Super clean, nice big bathroom, staff was super nice.
Disliked: Parking kinda sucked but it was fine.

Hot tub was closed even...

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: I called before booking and specifically asked if the pool and hot tub were both open. I was told yes and that they both stayed open until 10 PM. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said the hot tub was closed and there were cones all around it. I would not have booked this hotel if I would have known that the hot tub was closed.

Great place for an overnight...

Liked: Got in late and frazzled and was so happy to see the restaurant and bar, both fully functional and offering nice selections. Bar staff was great. I had a 7th floor room w separate shower and tub, which you don’t often see. The Westin Bed never disappoints. Lots of parking in their lot, no garage to deal with.
Disliked: I addressed them w the management, may be attributable to me not knowing how something worked.
