Avoid this pretentious and overpriced...

Liked: Hotel is overpriced and pretentious. We did not have TV or Internet for two days with two children and they ignored the fact that I had booked our stay with breakfast. " We have no way of knowing thats true" they said, even when I was showing them my reservation. There was absolutely nothing done to make up for these issues. Breakfast was of course overpriced and greasy. Plenty of cheap parking everywhere nearby and they want to charge you 45 dollars a night. Zero suggestions, zero attention to detail. They just ketp saying, "call your third party, you are not a platinum member" or whatever. VERY disappointed for a hotel that charges an insane amount of money in the middle of a deadly winter for average rooms.
Disliked: Maybe more training for the staff on how to treat people regardless of their Marriot status. A lot of these issues can be easily fixed by a staff that understabd the mission of the hotel and what it like to travel with young children.

Liked: The location was pretty decent
Disliked: The hotel incorrectly charged me several hundred dollars after checkout and did not send me an email. I even have a Bonvoy account… gold elite or whatever so they definitely have my email and still no email about this charge. I checked my credit card and found it.Additionally the valet parking there which is incredibly overpriced was provided with extreme delays and often no one at the attendant stand at all. I even had to fend off homeless people in the lobby where the valet person should be at night. No one was there so I had to push off the rather aggressive homeless person myself with no hotel assistance or staff anywhere. Unbelievable. At $75 for valet parking a night I shouldn’t be alone waiting for over 10 min while being approached by homeless people on their property. Luckily I was there myself and not with my wife or I would have been significantly more upset with the situation.
