Nice room and convenient location for a quick overnight stay.

Liked: Location.

Exceptional

Top notch service and location...

Liked: Unbeatable location. Right next to Hancock building. Lake view. Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacy, everything great. The parking is amazing (private valet parking) and life saver. 83 $ per day, which is reasonable given the location (in and out). Also very good lake views (I sayed at 21 floor)
Disliked: Breakfast is expensive.

Overall, we had a lovely...

Liked: The staff was excellent - friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I didn't like being charged $25.00 a day for a "tourist fee" and then told I can use it for food at their facility or a specific museum in town. I don't like being forced to spend money to buy the expensive hotel food. You either go over the $25 and spend more money on food you wouldn't have bought, or you don't reach the $25 and waste the money. And you aren't told about it until you check in to the hotel. A bit scammy.I also didn't like having to pay extra for parking.

Definitely staying again on my...
