This is a great upscale,...

Liked: The overall ambience was quite pleasant and comfortable. Great breakfast in the restaurant. The bar was cozy with great drinks and food. The location is beautiful on the upper magnificent mile. It is also pet friendly, which was an added bonus for us.
Disliked: Frankly, my family has met here before Christmas for two successive holidays and have completely enjoyed our stays at this friendly and hospitable hotel.

Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We did get some things from Starbucks, however, they were out of several items.
