Liked: Location and the hotel in general. Beautiful hotel. The staff are very professional.
Disliked: My room had a handicap bathroom, which I didn't need. When you take a shower, the floor would get very wet. The room was great.

Liked: The staff were all so attentive and helpful.The place was clean,cleanand real clean.I wish I was there right now still relaxing and having fun.
Disliked: I loved everything.From the valet to the check-in everyone was amazing.If I were there right now I would be so happy because the Westin is great and I love Memphis.

Worst experience and I stay...

Liked: The floors were extremely dirty bathroom had soap stains all over the glass door, I literally didn’t take my shoes off the floors were that bad

Nice stay but left disappointed...

Liked: Location was great. Rooms were large. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Breakfast service is slow and food cold on both days arriving at table. 45 mins waiting for even a coffee. Bathrooms need upgrade. For example sink was cracked, shower has rust etc around door. Bedroom was fine
