It was ok, I wouldn’t...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the view was nice.
Disliked: The elevators weren’t working, my shower was leaking, the hot water lasted only like 5 minutes, the guy running the valet was the most rude individual I have ever encountered. I watched home be a prick to several patrons and be extremely aggressive and rude with other valet staff.

The best place to stay

Liked: I like the soft beds. It's connected to the fedex forum.
Disliked: It doesn't have a pool. A heated pool year round would be perfect.

Liked: The bar. Zach was awesome. The food was delicious. The staff were very nice. Across the street from the forum.
Disliked: Toilet handle was broken. Shower holders were broken. Elevator was slow and only had one card scanner.

Liked: Location! It is right across the street from FedEx Forum!
Disliked: The hotel and room overall was clean. The lounge net between the top sheet and comforter had spots on it. It was like something had stained it(some sort of juice maybe) that didn’t come out in the wash. Minor aesthetics clean up could offer improvement like messy corking in the shower and rusty nails. There was a wait on seating and receiving our order at the restaurant but the food was fresh and tasty.

Disliked: Did not feel safe in neighborhood. We had no problems but we did not walk anywhere.

Exceptional

Liked: The property was super convenient. We were here for the international blues challenge and it was literally minutes to walk to Beale Street. The staff was amazing as they navigated 10 inches of snow while we were there. They were well trained and everyone pitched in to help. We look forward to staying here again.
Disliked: All good.
