Liked: The staff were lovely on Check in
Disliked: Currently, there is construction going on with the tunnel. Our room faced Swanston Street and the construction site. Also unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing bathroom facilities. Easy convenience of the location of the hotel to many of the city attractions. And having valet parking without the worry of finding car parking was perfect
Disliked: Having a heated room was great but not being able to adjust the heating was an issue.
