Liked: The Kansas City Westin exceeded all of my expectations and was an absolute joy to stay at! Every single employee I encountered was not only professional but genuinely kind, making the entire experience truly memorable. We visited for the Hallmark Christmas Experience and had the chance to explore more of the city, thanks to fantastic recommendations from Jeff (who graciously held our luggage when we arrived way too early) and the gentleman who helped take our bags to our room upon check-in.The hotel room was impeccably clean, and the spacious lobby was a beautiful and inviting space, with employees constantly ensuring everything was tidy and welcoming. The attention to detail and level of care at this hotel were outstanding. If I ever return to Kansas City, there’s no question—I’ll absolutely stay at the Westin again!
Disliked: The elevator wait time was long, but to be expected as the hotel was 100% booked.

Liked: The rooms were fine and typical.
Disliked: BUT DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR!!!! My friends car was stolen by a valet( who purposely had a ring of thiefs involved, complete set up situation IMO)the elevator situation was dismal at times and they need to improve their handicap accessible access to many parts around the hotel to the garage. ALWAYS get a copy of your receipt upon check in with what you are being charged. The hotel attempted to charge me a higher price after check out even though I had a copy in my bank alerts to what I agreed and signed for during check in.
