Liked: All of your staff are just lovely people. They made us feel very welcome and it was just really nice to have someone be nice to me. I love the unique decor and layout! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I love the room service options. I love that the hotel is a part of the crown center and the connected skywalk to union station. It was perfect for our stay because my daughter had a gymnastics competition at union station.
Disliked: My only issue wasn’t with the property itself but a housekeeping miss. There were 3 used wash rags hanging off of the shower curtain rod. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

Great location and staff. Property...

Liked: The location was great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: We paid for the upgrade to club access and the attention to detail in that lounge was lacking. Food was not replenished and we went without the free breakfast that was part of the fee. The property was drab and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms were too small for the price.

Disliked: Really nothing. The tub is a little dated and in need of some deep cleaning and repair.

Had a really good time...

Liked: Loved the room with the view and how they accommodated to the fact we wanted it and how kind they were and making our wedding anniversary special. Also we loved how close we were to everything and could walk to it instead of trying to drive.
Disliked: NA

Magical Christmas Staycation

Liked: The location was amazing and the view was absolutely epic! We loved that we could park in the garage and not worry about driving anywhere else the rest of our staycation. Love that they have a heated pool and hot tub but the pool didn't seem all that warm. Still, we landed in the hot tub and it was perfect.
Disliked: The heated pool, which didn't seem so heated. That's it. Everything else was awesome!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The pool was a very unexpected highlight of my trip. Being able to swim outside in December is definitely one for the books! The staff went above and beyond to help make our mother/daughter trip a great one, thank you all!
