Liked: Room was clean and the person at the pool was super kind and friendly as was the gentleman that helped us with our bags. View was amazing!
Disliked: We asked for towels the first night and they never brought them to us. We asked for hand soap since there was none and they left an empty water bottle of dish soap in front of our door which was super confusing. Then we asked for garment bags for dirty clothes and they gave us 2 huge trash bags!You would think for as much as we paid they would have extra items that should already come with the room on hand instead of telling us we'd have to wait for housekeeping to come back the day we're leaving.

Liked: All of your staff are just lovely people. They made us feel very welcome and it was just really nice to have someone be nice to me. I love the unique decor and layout! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I love the room service options. I love that the hotel is a part of the crown center and the connected skywalk to union station. It was perfect for our stay because my daughter had a gymnastics competition at union station.
Disliked: My only issue wasn’t with the property itself but a housekeeping miss. There were 3 used wash rags hanging off of the shower curtain rod. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

Liked: The location was great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: We paid for the upgrade to club access and the attention to detail in that lounge was lacking. Food was not replenished and we went without the free breakfast that was part of the fee. The property was drab and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms were too small for the price.
