Disliked: Breakfast floor in bathroom not clean didnt make up bed.

Brilliant spot in Downtown Indy

Liked: Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and the bed was really comfortable. The access to Lucas Oil Stadium by the skywalk through the Convention center on GameDay and to Gainbridge fieldhouse is brilliant. Next time I'm in town, I'm staying in the Westin again.

Liked: Room, cleanliness, location, price.
Disliked: Valet at checkout was over 45 minutes. The manager was wonderful and comped my charge, but it made me late to an obligation.

Great location, beautiful hotel, would...

Liked: The rooms was beautiful, the lobby was clean and set up so cute for the large event in town that weekend. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Location was great!
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm, but with the number of people checking in and out the same day, it’s understandable. Just wish we could have gotten in our room closer to 4.
