Nice stay

Liked: Stunning location and views.F&B team was very friendly and welcoming - both at BLICK bar in the evening and at Fang&Feld during breakfast. Special thanks to Nadar (hoping we remember the name correctly) who was very supportive during our departure.Room was clean and had a great view.
Disliked: Front Office Team at reception was polite but not very welcoming. Check in and out was down to the pure process. No extra questions were asked, no information about the outlets were given. The first and last impression you learn to create when working in hospitality were unfortunately not created which was a bit disappointing for a hotel like this.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I was charged for a studio room but placed in a classic room. A disgrace!

Liked: clean; comfortable beds; spacious room; convenient for symphony events
Disliked: no window, air not fresh; no spoons for coffee cups, cheapy; desk and floor lamps can not be separately switched on/off, ridiculous;

Nice yet not extraordinary

Liked: location: it is nice to just cross doors and being at the Philharmonie. As our room did not have any interesting view, it was best to sit at the Blick.
Disliked: The view of the room. Awful. Pointing at the Center, only external walls were to see. The sensation was claustrophobic. Apart from that, the room was very nice and comfortable.

Modern and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Comfortable and modern hotel in the city center. Tastefully decorated room. Beautiful view to the harbor. Philharmonic hall part of the building. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Long waiting time for check-in. Despite reminders, bed linen and towels were not changed.

Liked: Great location above the Elbe concert hall. Nice night-time views. Staff excellent. Room very good.Very good bar.Lots to do in Hamburg- Zoo, harbour tour, miniature world. See a concert in the ElbphilharmonieExpensive restaurants beside the hotels but good value ones a little west of it.Limebikes to get around the city
