Great hotel but can’t put...

Liked: property was fantastic no complaints
Disliked: i booked a corner kings suit and did not get put in that room. spent a little extra for the room only to get put in a slightly bigger room than a normal one was lame.

Liked: It was beautiful and clean, with a restaurant attached
Disliked: Parking

Liked: The entrance was very nice and we
Disliked: I booked a room with two double beds and when we got there, they had already booked our room even though I had my room booked for months and we got stuck in a room with only a king bed and I’ve still not been compensated like they said that I would be.

Liked: Everything was great!!! Loved the stay. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL
Disliked: The only thing was our tv made noise and we called the front desk. He said theyfix it. When we got back, it did stop but started again. We didn't both them anymore since it was only an overnight stay.

Solo travel isn’t always easy...

Liked: I found the front desk staff exceptionally helpful and interesting. My room was so very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: I think the bathroom needed just a little extra attention.
