Good enough to rest

Liked: Clean and I really appreciate the complimentary room upgrade
Disliked: The room we were given was hot and stuffy even after setting the thermostat at 68 hoping it’d cool down

Our guest room is in...

Liked: Front desk receptionist who assisted us in having housekeeping thoroughly reclean our room.
Disliked: Black mold in between the bath tiles and corners, and rusty stains in the tub.Dirty stained bathroom wall paper and cracked and grouting. Hair accumulated inside the closet carpet.Dirty room carpeting that was not throughly vacuumed prior to our 12 day stay. Not enough housekeeping & maintenance staff to clean & maintain the guest rooms.
