We enjoyed it very much.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, courteous staff, great location.
Disliked: Pricey.

Disliked: They falsely advertise having balconies the manager working the night of 1/4 was the most unprofessional excuse for a manager i have ever seen in my life. Refused to help us before booking even called us and said they would deny the call to help us.

Was a good stay

Liked: The staff were amazing. The room was a great size with a couch. Liked the pool area and bar
Disliked: The shower needed some work. The body wash was empty

Liked: Customer Service was excellent, location is great for families, pool and pool bar was lovely, beach section was well kept.
Disliked: Bridge to beach wasn't accessible, the location of toilet paper in bathroom was awkward

Disliked: I booked on booking.com it said the room I paid for had a balcony the room had no balcony just a window looking at a bunch of ac units that was very noisy through the night I called front desk they said none of the rooms comes with balconies but it’s a picture showing the exact room with a balcony and the ones with balconies was higher then the regular ones on the site

Liked: Felt welcome from the valet parking, front desk, to the room. Rashawn & Storm were tremendous help. Made my kids & I experience so much better than expected.
