I guess I should have read the fine print. Extra charge for parking - well OK. Extra charge for WiFi too? Really? And extra charge for a local call? Wow. Not happy. Then the final straw was no hot water to shower in the morning. But they were nice enough to not charge us for the local call we had made and decided to not charge us for parking, So that we didn't have a poor experience.

Disliked: The walkway to the citadel was closed..had to walk on the street in the freezing weather. I assume it's due to the number of homeless people. This problem is getting so bad. Can't even go to the second cup in the library without coming across a bottle of naloxone...the city built Roger's to revitalize the downtown core.. they have to clean it up now. It is becoming a huge detriment to staying downtown
