Liked: The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is beautiful, and staff is very friendly and helpful. The decor is very modern and classy. The location is very convenient.
Disliked: The parking is very expensive.

Liked: Location is it advantage, but can't balance other disadvantages.
Disliked: Staffs are not nice and professional, especially, the one named Tawana. she is very rude to the customers from the way she talked and her attitude can't be acceptable. My French boss and I met her during checkout. At the check in after 3:30pm already, they spent more than 1 hour for 4 rooms and my room was cancelled from their system even the booking.com confirmed for 5 rooms obviously. They said this is not their mistake but booking.com. I asked them to give me information so that I can work with the booking.com. They said yes but no details are provided. After another 30min. the front desk manager took care of my case and found me a room!!! I got the room at 5:30pm!!! He compensated me USD 50 for spending hotel services and small market inside the hotel. But, I don't like their way of working, very slow and unwell trained staffs. The room is small and basis. It is not worthy for the money at all.

Liked: I'm not sure where to begin …You'll love the central location, right near lots of important landmarks!The rooms have been recently refurbished and are really lovely and modern. There are no carpets, which is a big plus! However, the usual "hotel style" without a single element of individualism.If you're looking for a great hotel gym, this is the place for you! They have Peleton bikes, weight lifting equipment, and all the machines you could need. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to stay fit while on the road.The breakfast was not one of my favorites. I'm sorry to say that it doesn't live up to the 4-star hotel standard. During the week, there's no breakfast buffet, you can just order la carte (which takes sometimes a long time, as staff is slow). The room price includes a $30 voucher for breakfast, which is not great deal, a an avocado toast, small fruit bowl, and coffee are already at $35.20, which is a bit steep. It would have been nice to have a proper espresso machine, as the one they had was out of order for many days. It seems like they only had one (!) proper coffee machine, which is a shame. On the weekends, there's a buffet, but it's not as extensive as I would have liked, with no proper selection of cheese, ham, muesli, etc.All in all. Price for value are not appropriate, if you don’t use the gym.
