Liked: Located just near the convention center, which was very useful for me.
Disliked: I couldn't really figure the charges for the (included) breakfast, it felt very non-intuitive, and I am still not sure whether I paid for the breakfast or not.

Wonderful stay at the Westin

Liked: Loved the valet parking, the hotel is beautiful and clean, comfy beds, great food options, and great location.
Disliked: The price of valet parking is very expensive; however, they did an amazing job. The hotel is beautiful, but very expensive.

Liked: The rooms were nice
Disliked: It was NYE and they were not prepared they were so understaffed it took over an hour to get a drink and received cold food

Fantastic locations and friendly front...

Liked: Super friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: The entire room was tiled which I prefer to have some carpeting so sound doesn’t carry as much. No refill of creamers after day two in the coffee kit.

Disliked: Housekeeping couldve been a more spot on.

Beautiful rooms, really comfy beds...

Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel, with many included amenities. Loved the extras at check in. The beds were super comfy, bathroom was clean, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: You could hear the activity in the hallways. Not noise room to room but all of the chatting and movement in the hallways.
