Liked: They charged for the room - including the deposit twice and ten days later I don’t see any refund coming from them!

Liked: Located just near the convention center, which was very useful for me.
Disliked: I couldn't really figure the charges for the (included) breakfast, it felt very non-intuitive, and I am still not sure whether I paid for the breakfast or not.
