Not good enough.

Disliked: No washcloths in room, facial tissue box was empty, room phone did not work. Water from window leaked onto floor. Door safety lock was broken. Breakfast buffet was second rate and expensive. No actual usable business center. Roof leaked constantly in parking garage, had to splash through puddles.

L THE BEST HOTEL !

Liked: I loved the view of the Westin. It's amazing, the interior design of the place is well pleasing. Recognize the courtesy and dedication the front desk and the customer service team were top notch in my opinion. The housekeepers are amazing and the restaurant staff and hosts are very friendly and helpful. They just helped me so much I'm blessed to have scored such a great place to stay. Guest relations even displayed extra courtesy during my unexpected issues related to booking errors on a third party booking site.
Disliked: The realization that I have to leave soon and I really do not want to leave here.. I will definitely be back soon if I can stay longer I will do it for Valentine's Day ..

Liked: The hotel is very pretty but the rooms definitely need to be refurbished.
Disliked: I had to change rooms in this hotel 4 times in one night! The first one the faucet in the bathroom had milky water, the second one they never even cleaned it-I found a hairy soap in the shower. The third one the fridge gave off the worst and most potent smell and the shower was broken. Finally the fourth one was ok.
