Liked: Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, although we were there only a few hours due to being stranded by cancelled flights.

Liked: The room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was amazing and I got a great night’s sleep. Tons of pillows to cuddle up with. Great view of the airport. The shower was great and loved the shower gel and lotions. The room felt very homey and welcoming and very comfortable and clean. I was able to change the temperature to my liking without any issues. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

Liked: The location - was after an airport hotel
Disliked: No information about the hotel shuttle - had to ring twice (once when I got to airport and again once I was at the pick up point to confirm location). The shuttle going to the airport was supposed to leave at 7pm but had gone to pick up arriving passengers and was 20 mins late! The reception did try to be helpful by ringing the driver but what if I had missed my flight?! The bathrobe in the room was filthy - made me wonder how clean was the rest! No room service until the restaurant opens at 5pm! What the hell am I supposed to eat?! It’s an airport hotel, people arrive at all hours hungry and thirsty!!! Need more options than a snack/mini bar which is located downstairs (instead of the room!) The staff at the restaurant/bar were friendly, food/drink was decent.
