Disliked: 2 of our rooms were cancelled with no prior warning - my guests were told to move to another hotel 30mins away by their own means. Pipe noises during the night for those who stayed on at the hotel, no hot water in 2 rooms in the morning. No apologies, poor customer service. Booking.com did not offer any compensation either. I am surprised at how badly the whole mess up was handled by the hotel & booking.com.

Liked: When you get there , the space very remarkable, the reception very polite and kind , we really enjoy our receptionist, I forget her name but she was great and very professional.

Liked: I come a lot when coming Dallas. So I in no what to expect. This time was different.
Disliked: I paid for a corner suite 890 sq ft facing the Dallas Ball. Most expensive king suite. We got a corner but small suite facing opposite 2713. I was so tired and so many people in line and so hungry. I declined to argue with the woman at the front desk after entering room. I just want what I paid for. 500$ for a 300$ room. Booking.com. I have pics of the suite we have stayed in for years and have been happy to pay that amount. I felt robbed this time.
