Good place to stay of...
Liked: When we initially checked in, the AC in our room was making some weird creaking sounds. After an inspection by the engineer, they moved us to another room right above us with the same view.The room was clean, staff courteous and helpful. Using the hotel room key for the parking garage entry and exit was one of the most convenient things.
Disliked: The hotel management needs to put in some security staff to patrol the parking garage and elevators leading to the hotel lobby.There was an EXTREMELY STRONG stench of weed in all these places. On day 2 when we were stepping out for the day in the town, a person got off on our floor from the hotel elevator(frankly was not dressed to look like he could afford a room there. It seems he got in the elevator at the parking floor and got off at the first floor that the elevator opened)He and the elevator both had the unbearable stench of Weed. Please ATLEAST for the sake of safety of your guests and to keep up the good image of the name of WESTIN hotel, have some security personnel patrol all these places monitored for such people.Thank you.

Liked: Nothing upon arrival Westin Hotel smelled really bad
Disliked: dislike Westin heat stopped working in my room..! called concierge told them the problem, maintenance come to fix the heat in the process of maintenance trying to fix the heat he stated that they had had this problem before.. unfortunately it was not a success the heat did not work they gave me a heater to heat up the room was very unprofessional.. Talking about 4stars so misleading.. checke reviews on the Westin Hotel and people were saying they were having trouble with the heat and other bad things about the Westin..

Disliked: 2 of our rooms were cancelled with no prior warning - my guests were told to move to another hotel 30mins away by their own means. Pipe noises during the night for those who stayed on at the hotel, no hot water in 2 rooms in the morning. No apologies, poor customer service. Booking.com did not offer any compensation either. I am surprised at how badly the whole mess up was handled by the hotel & booking.com.
