Liked: I come a lot when coming Dallas. So I in no what to expect. This time was different.
Disliked: I paid for a corner suite 890 sq ft facing the Dallas Ball. Most expensive king suite. We got a corner but small suite facing opposite 2713. I was so tired and so many people in line and so hungry. I declined to argue with the woman at the front desk after entering room. I just want what I paid for. 500$ for a 300$ room. Booking.com. I have pics of the suite we have stayed in for years and have been happy to pay that amount. I felt robbed this time.

Average , shockingly poor breakfast...

Disliked: One of the worst, most pathetic breakfast selections I have ever seen in a hotel, literally pathetic 30 USD for a small bowl of fruit, which was the only edible item apart from an overload of sugar on everything else, I have seen better selections at a camping site in the bush, appalling.

The worst stay I ever...

Liked: The proximity to the convention center.
Disliked: I had prepaid for a Junior Suite, and was denied it and placed in a King room. The key access cover came off, its battery had to be replaced, the battery in the safe had to be replaced, the telephone in the room never worked. The repairman work on it for hours, but finally determined that it needed to be replaced from the telephone company which would take a week. We never received clean glasses, had to get plastic cups from the front desk.
