Liked: Great hotel. Local to the city. You can travel through the mall to get to where you need to go. The hotel is very clean and well worth the money spent.
Disliked: Parking is minimal. They directed me to a close by parking garage. It turned out to be cheaper in the long run.

Liked: One hiccup is that there is a $30charge per room every day and you need to spend it in hotel - that is a hidden charge !!!

Liked: The location. Once outside your room, the facility and restaurants are lovely, pricey and clean.
Disliked: The room was underwhelming and didn't meet expectations. It's dated and needs refreshing. One hand lotion product in the bathroom had been used before. They only provided one bottle of water for a 2 guest stay. There wasn't a mini coffee maker in the room. For the price of the room I expected better.

Liked: Convenient location, comfortable room, great view of Back Bay, close to T and Amtrak. I would stay there again when in the area.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
