The hotel was so nice. The bellboys were helpful and considerate. I would stay here over and over again!

Liked: Our room was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Westin Cleveland was awesome! Celebrated our 10th Anniversary and were treated to some extras including a nice bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Super friendly staff that helped us in getting around downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Downtown Hotel

Liked: Great location, room was great, staff was great.
Disliked: A bit pricey, but overall a great hotel.

Would probably not stay again.

Liked: The location was good, the lobby was impressive, the premises were clean.
Disliked: Front desk staff was not very friendly or efficient. Our bathtub and sink did not drain properly. There was water to my ankles when I finished my shower and it took a half an hour to drain after. Sink was also very slow to drain. Staff charged my incidental credit card for room charges when checking out even though it had been prepaid. Had to get a supervisor to correct this.

Superb

Liked: Perfect location within walking distance to baseball stadium, football stadium and Rock n Roll Hall of fame. Very comfortable room and nice staff
Disliked: Little construction going on which caused some confusion getting from parking garage to hotel lobby. Maybe better signs would help

Liked: Close to R&R hall of fame walking distance.
Disliked: Room not very clean. Room was not made up or coffee replenished. Lobby is under construction.

Great location, staff and service.

Liked: Nearly everything. The art, the new restaurant and the welcome feeling from the staff was excellent.
Disliked: I booked a king room but was given a double double bed room. We made due but it was still a minor error.
