The hotel was so nice. The bellboys were helpful and considerate. I would stay here over and over again!

Liked: Our room was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helpful.

The Westin Cleveland was awesome! Celebrated our 10th Anniversary and were treated to some extras including a nice bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Super friendly staff that helped us in getting around downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: The property was located in a perfect spot for our trip.
Disliked: There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the floor to be slippery. And had to pay to park while staying there.

Disliked: Paying 37.00To park overnight was ridiculous.No other Options to park elsewhere. Elevators to garage and elevator to rooms was confusing. Also the very strong stench of weed was very prominent in the hotel especially the elevators and the garage. Was disgusting

Disliked: The staff at the check in desk had the biggest attitude and began to tell me that because I got a room thru a third party that I overbooked them and I didn’t get the room I paid for I had to get a double room and the bed was uncomfortable the whole experience was disappointing as the parking also was 39.00 and they didn’t even give u directions on what to do I basically was on my own and was talked to rudely by the front desk as well as the one lady I ended up asking a question in the hall

Disliked: The room was not very well lit with lighting but it can be change other than that there wasn’t anything else that I would say was bad

Liked: Excellent hotel. Personnel was very polite, very professional and friendly. Extremely clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent and service unique. I really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: It would be nice if the room offered a couple firm pillows. All 4 were very very soft. During your sleep one pillow was too low and two were too high.

Liked: The location of the hotel was close to everything!!! Parking in Cleveland is horrible because you have to pay for it damn near everywhere. The hotel had Parking that was $37(self parking) with in and out. When you pulled into the parking there was someone there to help you. Then when you walked into the doors, the valet was there to help you as well even if you did not use there service. The bellman was very helpful making sure he let people know not to let anyone steal the joy out of their day. Checking in was painless the ladies were very helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing I disliked
