The hotel was so nice. The bellboys were helpful and considerate. I would stay here over and over again!

Liked: Our room was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Westin Cleveland was awesome! Celebrated our 10th Anniversary and were treated to some extras including a nice bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Super friendly staff that helped us in getting around downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Best part of my morning...

Liked: Great location. Great value. Wonderful staff. Connected parking garage. Love the positive energy we received every morning by the doorman. Not sure if he’s a concierge, valet, or doorman….but he’s awesome.

I like the hotel however...

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking wasn’t easy and efficient, garage was old and creepy, pay machine was difficult and we couldn’t enter the hotel from the parking garage no access!
