Nice room for the rate. Great location to a lot of venues. No microwave or refrigerator in room, but if you ask at the time of check in, they will bring it for you. Love their soap and shampoo.

Liked: Staff was friendly and engaging.
Disliked: None.

Stayed another night in Chicago, but at a different hotel where I was treated my age and felt very welcomed! I know this hotel is right across the House of Blues, but I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Didn't realize it was strictly a business hotel - felt out of place and it didn't help when one of the employees kept an eye on me. From the courtyard to the elevator like I was a hoodlum - wasn't very welcoming in that point.

Disliked: The person working the starbucks stand in the hotel lobby lacked an understanding of hospitality. So rude.Additionally, why act like the $25 daily food voucher is something we get for free? When it is added to your bill at the end.

Not worth it, should have...

Liked: Nice hotel, easy to get to, had a decent view out the window of the streets
Disliked: They couldn't get me checked in until 3 pm (4 hours after arriving) and when they did, they didn't give me the room I paid for, and instead gave me a kids roll-in bed so we had to put 3 in the king bed and 1 in the mini bed.
