Liked: Clean and spacious. Room service was very fast and friendly.
Disliked: Was not notified how breakfast was included, but only $30 value. We booked this stay based off of the room and breakfast included, but ended up paying for the food as we were unaware of how much we could order that would be at no charge. Was expecting a buffet and not sit down. Did not know how much to order. This was not explained properly. If it was missed, this should have been told. Also, did not know parking was at charge. This should have been included.

Liked: The room was comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 people. Good walking distance to stores and mall.
Disliked: The last time we came here, the person who checked us in made it an amazing experience. This time, it was very underwhelming and the person checking us in was very transactional and not very kind. The pool room was rusty and run down and the bathrooms were filthy.

Disliked: The couch in my room had stains all over it, that’s gross! Sheets had 3 orange stains on it, we slept on top of the blanket. Room was full of dust. Everything about the stay was okay but the most important thing to me is how clean my room is. I truly did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. Staff was great. Very friendly such a shame.
