DO NOT ACCEPT A CORNER...

Liked: THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND KIND.
Disliked: I was given a two queen corner room on the 4th fl. The room was okay, however it was much smaller than expected and advertised and and way over decorated with heavy drapes covering the floor to ceiling windows. The drapes took up way too much needed space in the room and left one feeling claustrophobic. The shower water pressure was abysmal with the overhead rain shower sprinkling and the hand held making an effort to drip! The absolute WORST was the incessant roaring of the AC/HEATER compressor/fan. To say it was loud is an understatement, this beast roared and shuddered loud enough to wake the dead! There was no way to calm the noise without turning off the unit which I was forced to do during 18* weather, so consequently I was either deafened by noise or freezing cold.

Comfy spacious rooms.

Liked: Nice (large) foyer area with indoor/outdoor fireplace and Peet’s coffee shop, restaurant & bar area. Decorated lovely for Christmas. Great outdoor area. Checkout 11am, which gives adequate time.
Disliked: No Pool or hot tub open in December.
