I was surprised that the bed ended up being uncomfortable but overall the room was average. I feel like we paid for the convenient location because that was the only difference from staying at a cheaper hotel.

Liked: The pool and fitness area was really nice.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: Parking is $20.00 extra per night.

The hotel was in a great location right off of the interstate. The hotel staff were very friendly except for the female bartender. She was not nice at all. The hotel was clean. The parking was outrageous. I couldn't believe we had to pay $40.00 to park overnight.

We had a great overnight stay going down to Amos' for a food truck event. The room was clean and had a great view! Our check-in was quick and easy as well.

Disliked: As we arrived we were offered One refillable bottle of water for room. I thought that it was rude, either don’t give a bottle of water or give one bottle for guess. I went to have breakfast with my husband and I didn’t want the buffet. I just want a coffee, they didn’t let me have one because I was not a member and coffee is not complementary. And they do not offer a menu breakfast in case you don’t want to have a buffet. Also, they do not have a magnifying glass in the bathroom so we have to ask for one. So for this type of hotel in how expensive it is, these are little things. This should be offer in the hotel.

Liked: We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room. We also liked the fact you had to scan your room key to go up in the elevator.
Disliked: The QR code that was in the room to scan and order snacks didn't work. When we scanned it, a return message stated it had expired. So we called the number to order and the associate couldn't locate the price of mixed nuts. At that point we ended up driving to Harris Teeter for late night snacks.
