Was a nice place to crash after the show.

Liked: Comfy beds.
Disliked: Wifi was not free.

Got a great deal through ConcertHotels, and was so impressed with the hotel. Lovely; clean; quiet rooms within walking distance of many amenities. Fantastic, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The internet speed was extremely slow. The room service dishes were very tasty, but they were served in cardboard boxes with wooden cutlery, which is inappropriate for a 4-star hotel.

This was a terrible experience...

Liked: Location. That's it.
Disliked: It's rundown. The room amd beds were worn out. The pool was not open despite what all of their advertising indicates. The staff were only moderately helpful. The westin used to be special, now it's like a run down super 8 motel and the pricing makes it a complete ripoff. All kinds of other issues but too many to type.
