Disliked: Shuttle driver told when needed to leave and had all our bags, including skis, ready at the front door but he wouldn’t let us help them into the van, took forever loading them and nearly made us late for our bus connection at arrivals as he took someone with a longer departure lead time there first and then had to loop around the whole airport again. He didn’t give us the option of getting off with her and getting the elevator down to arrivals which made it stressful. We cancelled our booked stay for our return trip because of that.

Perfect airport hotel experience.

Liked: The hotel is ideally located for Calgary Airport (we watched the planes taking off!), very comfortable with extremely helpful and professional staff. We enjoyed using the gym and pool. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a lifesaver in minus 20 temperatures. Will definitely stay again.
