Great experience!!!

Liked: The declaration is very hi-end with well-designed. It makes my wife wondering how much I paid for the hi-level hotel. The bed is very comfortable with real king-sized.
Disliked: 1 of 3 nights I stay, they didn't clean up the room. I am not sure that was a mistake or just a miss.

Liked: Staff were very accomodating and location was great. Great pool

Disliked: Disappointed with breakfast. The layout was awkward and odd.

Disliked: Arrived 1.5hrs after check in time, the room we were assigned was not ready and we started our weekend walking into other people’s filth! I would’ve expected a room upgrade for the horrible initial experience. Advertised as king bed room however just two single beds put together highly uncomfortable pillows and bed set up in general.

Liked: We loved the pool, the pool bar and the live DJ! The massive bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast the next day was amazing. Check-in and out were both super easy too.
Disliked: If anything, the pool could have been a touch warmer. Is that too picky?! ;)

Exceptional

This time a bit disappointing

Liked: Been here before, I knew what I would have found: nice and clean room, great location
Disliked: I got charged for breakfast when it was included in the price. I called and I got a refund at the end, but I was surprised of the mistake considering the lad at the check in remarked it was included. Considering the price for a night I was expecting a better service and maybe a discount on the next booking. Parking is also a lot more expensive compared to last year
