Liked: Beautiful! The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. I love the beds and the pillows - we had the best night's sleep. Will definitely return.

The best stay I've ever...
Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable (loved the bedding ). The few staff I met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only drawback( and I'm being picky) was that the fridge in the room ran loud. I could hear the condenser loud and clear even with ear plugs in.

I will never go back—ever....
Liked: I went into this hotel having some very high expectations, especially considering that I spent upwards of $500 for a single night at this hotel, and I came out absolutely disillusioned: the service was terrible, starting with the reception; as bad as to make even the stay bitter. Instead of feeling welcomed, I was frustrated, and it overshadowed any potential positives of the place.
Disliked: I arrived at this hotel full of expectations, only to be welcomed with such a bad experience that it left me stressed and utterly disheartened. The service was really lousy; they started off with a receptionist who totally ignored me after my very long flight, without letting me sit down to relax, really worn out and unattended. There was no welcome whatsoever, no greeting; just cold, dismissive behavior, as if guests were some sort of bother. The audacity of the second receptionist, Yasin, whom I approached to be condescending was very puzzling and humiliating. I was to travel with my wife and our service dog to an important international conference, yet this receptionist charged me an extra $100 fee for the dog, for which I already had assurances from him that would be nothing of the sort. Because during the checkout time, I came to know that the amount had been added without my consent, signature, or even properly explaining. This sort of behavior was not only disrespecting us but was deceitful in making us feel cheated and disregarded. I just cannot imagine or believe that an over-$500-per-night charging hotel can let this unprofessional, outright rude behavior happen from the front desk. This has certainly left a sour taste that very much eclipses any redeeming qualities the place may have, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment. In conclusion, this was a highly disappointing experience, and quite honestly, I regret every buck spent here.
