Liked: Beautiful! The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. I love the beds and the pillows - we had the best night's sleep. Will definitely return.

Liked: The check in was fast, no long lines. I was surprised to receive vouchers for food and they were $20 and $30 vouchers That was a plus.

Liked: Location and convenience to expo center for a conference
Disliked: Moving the chair in my room to get a better view of the skyline and finding someone else’s rolled up sock, crumbs and dust bunnies where the chair was originally positioned. Poor cleanliness.

Disliked: the mattress cover was damp so it soaked the the sheet and got me wet.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful...

Liked: I like the location, parking was convenient, the room was great, cleaned, the sheets smelled so good. My reservation included breakfast, the staff particularly Sharon was very kind and friendly. When I first look for the reservation was one price, then when I went back few minutes after was a different price more expensive. I still consider due to the quality of the place and service.Thank you for the great service!

Disliked: Breakfast should be inclouded but u only get a voucher for starbuck or the buffet restrant for 30$ bfast buffet start a 35$ jocke no ? Its a more or less a expo and aircrew hotel who i not mind at all but for 500Usd+ a night i expext someting more. On ur tv u here and see nonstop how great westin is food conzept bla bla quality room etz. Yes possible stayed also in great westin in asia middle east. But defenetly not in boston.Price / service far away from pairing
