Liked: Perfect location downtown close to shops, transport, etc. Fantastic views. Impressive architecture. Lovely pool.
Disliked: N/A

Overall, it was sufficient

Liked: Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: I needed just 30 minutes to an hour late check out cause we were stuck in traffic going to our hike to the Hollywood sign, due to the marathon with lots of road closure, called front desk and was told, it could not be accomodated. So very dissapoointed about that, we werent able to complete the whole hike and had to find an Uber to pick us up half way down the trail to get to the parking lot to take us to our car, in order to try to rush back before the check out deadline time. Having worked for guest services at the Hilton for 8 years, I don't think 30 minutes or even an hour would have hurt your schedule for the turnover of our room, and would be more rewarding for your guests.

Liked: Incredibly gorgeous lobby. The views from my high floor room were very nice. The elevators are really neat!
