I was an exhausting experience...

Liked: Breakfast was very good!On the day I checked out, the young staff was very kind and helpful!
Disliked: My key card never worked right. I am a senior, and do not know Bellevue at all. I walk with a cane, and never received adequate directions for finding anything in a very confusing place!The first day I asked for directions to get food , as I had been walking the area for at least a half hour, as was hungry and very tired. Though I did receive complementary Food from room service, it was not very good.No one ever told me there was a wine bar with good food next door to the lobby, which I found on my own before I left!

We love staying here. We...

Liked: Everything is wonderful. We stayed for snowflake lane and we loved being able to watch the parade from the hotel balcony. We didn’t have to fight the crowds.Rooms are wonderful. Pool is great.
Disliked: The chlorine levels in the hot tub were shockingly strong, like was burning so many people’s eyes (we did inform staff) and the filter grates in the hot tub are raised up so high that I jammed my toe on it. Filter grates are a hazard for sure.
