Liked: Great environment all decorated for Christmas
Disliked: Our first room was freezing, realized the sliding glass was now was open an inch and couldn’t close it so we were moved rooms after the first night, staff were very accommodating

Great location and service. But...

Liked: This has been my favorite Vancouver hotel for years - good location, great staff, spacious rooms.
Disliked: For the first time, I was shocked to see so many guests with dogs (I saw over 10 dogs) during my overnight stay. While I love dogs, I do not love seeing them everywhere in a hotel where I paid for a peaceful and calm weekend. Wi-Fi is also weak.
