Liked: We always stay here when we visit Atlanta, and this time did not disappoint! It was my daughter's 13th birthday, and the front office supervisor Kelly Scott-Carter not only cheered and celebrated her when we checked in, but also gave us birthday breakfast vouchers on the house! The other gentleman working the front desk got involved, too, and next thing you know, everyone is smiling and celebrating my teenager, treating her like royalty. It was unreal, and I wish I could describe how genuinely caring this hotel is and how attentive to detail they remain. We adore this location, the consistency of the staff and the facilities, and we will always stay at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North!

Disliked: I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room and I was charged for Wi-Fi and was giving only 2 face towels for the two of us but other than that I loved the environment
