I stayed here for a concert. I will stay at this hotel everytime we go to a concert in the Woodlands. The room was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Great job Westin! I will definitely be back. Also, the location is great.

Liked: Beautiful room; beautiful bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing disappointed me!

Liked: Our room so clean, comfortable and spacious!! They allowed us an early check in, valet parking was $30 when parking at the garage was $25 so that made our stay so comfortable.
Disliked: The lobby floor and elevators had a really bad mildew smell and that was really the only con we had.

Liked: comfortable bed and bathroom
Disliked: 1) nightstand light was broken, couldn't switch off 2) VERY LOUD MUSIC late night. They gave me a room right above a private party, it was impossible to sleep.3) girl at reception had very poor manners 4) Awful stay 5) asking 50$ TO CHECK IN "EARLY" at 1pm is a shame if the room is ready do not desire to come back ever
