I stayed here for a concert. I will stay at this hotel everytime we go to a concert in the Woodlands. The room was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Great job Westin! I will definitely be back. Also, the location is great.

Disliked: The front desk staff when we arrived. The lady was not helpful at all and did not offer any information about the internet, breakfast time, or check out time. I had to pull teeth to get her to give me the info. Also the parking garage said to take ticket for validation or discount specially at the Westin but the same front desk person when we checked out said they don’t offer any discounts and we had to pay the full amount. Totally not helpful
