I stayed here for a concert. I will stay at this hotel everytime we go to a concert in the Woodlands. The room was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Great job Westin! I will definitely be back. Also, the location is great.

Liked: Beautiful room; beautiful bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing disappointed me!

I will never book through...

Liked: I have explained several times that the hotel cancelled my booking for overbooking. I will never use Booking.com again. as this is the main reason they didn't respect my booking. Next time I will only book through hotels directly.

Amazing property but the room...

Liked: Loved this location, so much to do nearby and the waterway is gorgeous
Disliked: Had a small unpleasant experience with the concierge at check in.

Superb

Liked: Our room so clean, comfortable and spacious!! They allowed us an early check in, valet parking was $30 when parking at the garage was $25 so that made our stay so comfortable.
Disliked: The lobby floor and elevators had a really bad mildew smell and that was really the only con we had.
