An affordable alternative to Disney...

Liked: The hotel is clean, modern and beautiful, and the location is perfect.
Disliked: The new “Westin bed” and pillows were not comfortable.

Liked: - breakfast was good- beds were comfortable
Disliked: - two female staff at check in appeared cold and uninterested. - room was not ready by check in time as it was still being cleaned. - notes on booking did not appear to be read or responded to.

Liked: Beds were super comfortable. Shower was nice.. alot of lighting options
Disliked: Room service was horrible... over cooked my kids chicken.. burnt my $30 burger. Then took an hour to remake it and left off paid toppings. Also had rude attitude when complained. Called for pick up of trays and had to set outside of room they took so long. Upon check in there was blood on barn door to restroom. I had to lysol wipe my own restroom for an expensive room. During check out was told I should have complained earlier.. nothing they could do..

Wonderful stay close to Disneyland

Liked: Beautiful view of California adventure; new facility; friendly staff; 15minute walk to park

Overall it was amazing and...

Liked: Honestly no complaint at all I even had called to see if we could switch rooms if any were available unfortunately there was none but our room was still amazing and had a wonderful time it was my daughter‘s first time out of Arizona State first time for everything it was a wonderful experience for her
Disliked: Only down fall was the eating situation seeing you had to make reservations but can’t complain too much it still was amazing!
