Very comfortable, new and clean...
Liked: Room’s best we have stayed in anywhere in a long time. Extremely comfortable (although pillows could be better), very new, very clean, very spacious. Excellent location. Some rooms look onto a car park but honestly if you are going to Disney or a conference, you won’t be spending enough time in your room to care.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK. You can get whatever you need / want. But it is not as easy as, and not the same standard as say The Westin in Sydney or Melbourne where the buffet would include an omelette station, pancakes would have a bowl of crème next to it, the museli station would have little bowls of seeds and nuts, and natural yogurt is more readily available, plus jugs of milk available so you can eat your museli straight away rather than having to ask for and wait for milk. Pancakes tasted very artificial. Not warm and homely. You basically can order off al a carte for an omelette, but then you are not meant to access the fruit in the buffet - you would need to either order it al a carte or pay the whole. Buffett fee. Buffet for adults is $35 US and for kids under 12 I think is $12. An omelette with potatoes is approx $22 USD.

Liked: Hotel was very clean, staff welcoming and helpful, rooms were a good size for 4 adults - great variety of restaurant options within the hotel, and easy walk to Disneyland and surrounding area

Liked: Great location. We were very satisfied on how close the Disney parks were.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and met all expectations. Excellent location for disney with 1 hour to LA and 1.5 hours to San Diego so it was ideal. Will definitely return.
Disliked: Bar area in the lobby was quite cold. You'd definitely need a sweatshirt to sit here for any length of time.
