I liked the room and...

Liked: Breakfast room was convenient, but eggs and potatoes and meat were barely average. Best part was bananas, toast and waffle. Black coffee was decent. They also had yogurt and dry cereal
Disliked: The elevator went out while we were there and the shower ran so hot it was difficult to wash hair, etc.Also no refrigerator in room, only a wine one which was not on.

We had good time however...

Good but noisy

Liked: Good geographic location in Westfield. But too much noisy (especially the ice machine in the corridor and the walking of the 3rd floor of you are in the 2nd floor due to bad isolation). The elevator was out of service and no help was given with the suitcases.

Very good

The Inn is pretty nice

Disliked: Didn't like that the elevator was not working. We had to walk up 3 sets of stairs for the 3rd floor

Liked: Staff is very friendly, Rooms are comfortable ,
Disliked: Elevator was still not working, We stayed the previous week and the Elevator was broken a week later the same thing, even though the staff offered to carry our bags to the room which was nice and courteous we declined . It was just the fact that evrytime you left the Inn you needed to use the stairwell which of course was an inconvenience.

Great and wonderful staff

This motel is okay, but...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, but not as exceptional as it had been a month ago. The staff was very good about fixing issues that were a problem.
Disliked: The elevator was still not working; it was in the same state of out of service as it was a month ago. This time, the microwave in my room hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. The toilet in this room was a problem, as was the one in a different room a month ago; the flush mechanism just doesn't work well. There is no way to get to the parking area without going outside and down the driveway entrance from the street. The parking area is insufficient on weekend nights.
