Liked: Room 215 was clean, nicely decorated, not overbearing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet. Comfy, soft robes. My husband laughed as I did a little giddy dance and told him I'm never taking it off. Parking was very convenient. I'm the wife that complains she's cold all the time. I didn't even have the chance to get cold from the car to the door. Check out staff was very pleasant, a gentleman with a very refreshing and unique accent. He smiled as we exited the building.
Disliked: The check in staff woman seemed uninviting. Short and quick responses.The shower door in our room kept rolling open as we showered. The refrigerator was annoying through the night clicking and humming. There was a hair attatched the fibers on one of the robes. The room was quiet up until 6am, we heard the hallway traffic heading to and from the breakfast room. Even though these things were inconvenient, my husband and I make light of everything. We are joksters and it didn't effect our stay. Not much effects us. I used to work in the hotel industry and annoyingly picked up the habbit of quietly critiquing everywhere we stay.

Spacious and comfortable stay -...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need in the room- microwave/fridge, I also had a sofa bed in the room I was in but it was just me on my own. Breakfast was decent, basic eggs/bagels/coffee etc but I’d probably prefer more variety if I were staying more than 2 days. There is a big supermarket near by so you could just store some things in your fridge. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave

Convenient Westfield location

Liked: Excellent location: it is a short walk from the NJ Transit train station and the core shopping and dining district. Very comfortable beds, well stocked bathroom (towels, shampoo, etc).
Disliked: 1. Kids loudly running amuck in hallways and playing with ice machine early in the morning (parental issue, not hotel's).2. Rather limited, unappealing and unhealthy breakfast options. After looking them over, we opted to go to a nearby diner that was a delightful local favorite.
