Dissapointed!!

Liked: It was clean and in a good location.
Disliked: Elevator was broken. Our room was located on the third floor. My husband is 72 and I am 71. We had to walk 3 flights upstairs with our luggage. There was 1 woman at the desk who offered to carry my luggage and leave her desk which she did. I still had other things to carry and my husband carried his luggage. Then we both had to carry our luggage and possessions down three flights the next day. We should have been made aware prior to our stay. We were charged extra for an air conditioned room. I never had this in any other hotel in the U.S.A. Paid for breakfast and my husband made waffles only to find out they ran out of syrup. Great location next to shopping and restaurants BUT right next to the train which you do hear.

Great location in a Lovely...

Disliked: The cleaning products they use have a very strong and unpleasant odor. We would have had to find another place to stay if we were not able to open the windows.
