Liked: Only good thing was it was clean.
Disliked: When we arrived to check in couldn't find the receptionist so a maid had to call owner so we could check in. Then after we checked in unloading our things and going though the back patio there was around 30 empty 22 mag shell casings.(EMPTY ROUNDS FRON A GUN MAKES YOU FEEL REAL SAFE.) I DID TAKE PICTURES OF THEM. The mattress on the bed is like sleeping on box springs. No staff anywhere to be found after we finally got checked in. And check out time only being from 8 to 10A.M

Disliked: I didn't feel safe in my stay. I had other guests knocking on my multiple times, the place felt sketchy and the guests that were being accommodated didn't strike me as good characters. I heard sex acts and the walls were thin. At around 1:45 my door was banged on by security and actually forcibly opened up asking about a leak, a police officer was with them, I managed to shut the door, I was asleep and not decent for others to see me. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. I felt bad for what I believe is the owner, a younger Indian man. But he needs serious help to attract better clientele and improvements for this place to be attractive to normal people.

My stay was very memorable...

Liked: I liked the location, the amenities, such as the 2 kitchens available to guest to cook, the staff was amazing and accommodating Tyshae was super friendly and helpful, the balcony and the hot tub was definitely a plus! Overall the house was very beautiful , upscale and modern. The rooms smelled amazing it was just a wonderful experience at the West End ! I think this hotel is first on my list of hotels to stay at!
Disliked: The only dislike I had was a guest was loud in the room over me .

Liked: We liked the location. It was easy to find and get to. The room was cozy. The staff was nice as we had no clue what we were doing. Not a traditional hotel but was very comfortable
Disliked: We booked this room thinking we were going to save a little but after cleaning fees, parking fees, and this and that you may as well pay $10 more and book at a hotel with a continental breakfast and save some money on feeding your family unless you are going to cook in the hotel in the shared kitchens.
