Super comfy bed, convenient location,...

Liked: Super comfy bed and excellent room facilities. The location was very convenient for underground, and for UCL and Birkbeck campuses. The gym was good, and staff were always very smiley and professional.
Disliked: The rooms were not well sound proofed, but this did not really effect my stay too badly. The road is a no-through road which meant I felt a little vulnerable walking to the hotel after dark, but the benefit was that there was no issue with traffic noise. You can hear the rumble of trains, but I found that to be quite comforting!

Nice hotel but not soundproof

Liked: Perfect location, close to the train and underground station, 1km from Soho and British museum. The single room is small but cozy, enough space in the wardrobe to put all my stuff inside. The best part of the facility is the gym
Disliked: As many guests already mentioned, the room are not sound proof and you can clearly hear other guests talking in their room (talking if you’re lucky, cuz I heard them arguing etc)

Liked: Location, 10 minutes walk from Euston station.
Disliked: Our room was flooded because the shower didn't drain at all, which was a nightmare in the 4-star hotel. They just changed our room.
