Liked: Great location, comfortable, good facilities, and good value for money

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, although should have informed us of the nearest route from Euston given ongoing works. Walked so much further than we needed to following google maps. Staff very pleasant.
Disliked: A bit scruffy to be fair, carpets in common areas filthy and whole place needs a lick of paint. Bar closed at 9pm on a Sunday. Standard double rooms way too small to be comfortable, so had to upgrade.

Good for a couple of...

Liked: Room was small but well equipped - hair dryer with access to a mirror, Ironing facilities, tea/ coffee, basic toiletries, provision of a safe.Easy check in, optional self service.Shower was really good,bed comfortable.
Disliked: Who designed the wardrobe?????The top shelf was unusable unless you were at least 6ft 6inches ( 1.95m), I'm 5ft 6in (1.65m). Likewise the hanging rail was too high to remove the fiddly fixed hangers ( only 5 of these, 2 of which were occupied by our outdoor coats as there were no other hooks ). Unless you were travelling with a ball gown, I don't see why you need to sacrifice convenience for normal height guests for extra hanging length. Also the safe was on the floor so difficult to see what you were doing.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Comfy bed and cosy single room. Great facilities in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

Clean property at best location...

Liked: Gòod location and very close to two Underground Stations. All staff were cordial and supportive to meet our requests. Special thanks to Chef, understanding our vegetarian requirements and making special dishes. Lifts breaking down frequently, and taking longer time than usual to rectify.is the only problem we faced. However, alternate lifts were available.

Exceptional

Liked: The bed was super comfy and access to the local transport networks (Euston station) was great. The area was quiet, some nice pubs and bars nearby and Camden Market only half hour walk away
Disliked: Nothing!
