We went to relax and...

Liked: It was modern, looked good, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. The location was great for London Camden in particular.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is another pillow or better quality pillows would have made it more comfortable. We had to fold the pillows in half to get any support.

Liked: Hotel is situated in a great location! The bed was a little on the small side but overall comfortable. Staff were friendly on arrival and on check out.

Liked: The room was small, but adequate and modern, clean & tidy. The air conditioning was good and, moreover, the controller worked well and was easy to understand. The television was a good size. The bathroom was modern and very clean (except perhaps the shower outlet which didn't drain very fast).
Disliked: There was no breakfast or dining. The quilt was too good (I was sweating in late October with the air conditioning on and the bed was soaked, but it was too cold for me to lie on top of the quilt)!! I think it was a high tog winter quilt - just a bit too early. The shower worked well with regards to temperature and water pressure but the shower head/fittings seemed to be a lower spec. than the rest of the high quality bathroom. The shower head kept dropping down. The shower outlet didn't drain, possibly bad spec. or had not been cleared of hair/soap etc recently.
