Disliked: Room was very small, bed was the smallest bed we’ve had in a hotel room.

Excellent location at a very...

Liked: Excellent location at a very reasonable price. Very secure reception area with very friendly staff. The rooms are stylish, fresh and extremely clean. The bathroom was very nice and its a massive bonus to have good quality full size toiletries included. The room we stayed in was small but had all required facilities and I LOVE an in room iron and ironing board, many hotels have done away with this. Complimentary tea, coffee and filtered water in the reception area also.

Liked: Great location for visiting Camden, a short walk from both Cobden town tube station and Camden road rail station. Very cleanComfy bed
Disliked: I didn’t like that I stood in the rain for 20 mins waiting to be let in on arrival, had to call the number on booking.com and eventually someone let us in. After that was fine because we had a card but not ideal and there’s no signs to say anything. Room very hot - turned the thermostat off but the next day after the room had been cleaned it had been turned back on! The shower head kept falling down making its awkward to shower The staff are 50/50 one lady was so lovely and asked about our trip, however a man was rude and when asked about taxis he said google it It doesn’t advertise facilities such as food etc but because it doesn’t have these I feel it’s expensive for what you get
