Excellent hotel,

Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Rooms are decent sized and the bathrooms are bright and clean. Perfect location, super close to Camden and the tube. We arrived early and they were very helpful to enable us to check in early. Lots of thoughtful small touches that make a difference.

Good location for Camden but...

Liked: This hotel was very closed to Camden where I was attending a concert, so location was great from that perspective. Also a short walk (15 mins) from St Pancras station.The hotel bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows and a bonus was being able to use Youtube on the TV.Staff are very eager to help, perhaps a bit too eager and they should probably let people work through the check in machine without interfering unless the person needs help.
Disliked: Despite the location being very close to where I needed to go, the area this hotel is located in is far from ideal, quite rough with a few homeless drunk people walking around the road which can be quite intimidating. Although the bed is super comfortable, there is one thing which is quite annoying, the bed is on wheels so every movement made the bed move sideways across the room. The bathroom door did not stay open so every time you needed to go to the bathroom the door closed behind you, so in the instance where you're in and out of the bathroom getting ready that's quite annoying.

Liked: Not the easiest self check in system. Room clean and comfortable. Very handy for Camden lock. Overpriced in a typical London way, a lot of money for basic service.

Liked: It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was on the Mezzanine floor and didn't really have a window, that was disappointing. Also, there was no water in the room, got to at least provide one bottled water.
