Liked: Good location, friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: Only issue was the cleaning staff. Check out wasn’t until 11am and we had the do not disturb sign on our door but they tried opening our room door around 9:30am (which woke us up) to clean. I let them know we were still in there, but they came knocking again just 20 minutes later - which woke us up again.

Liked: The location is perfect. Opposite Waterloo station. Small clean room. Tea making facilities at the room. It is above a nice traditional pub. Very British experience.

Liked: The staff are very nice, but the reception is not very helpful. The breakfast was decent but not much options
Disliked: The beds are very small even though they were supposed to be for 2 people, the rooms are extremely tight, dirty and full of dust.The worst thing was that we found a man's underwear laying around after we got there, and there was blood stains on the sheets, and we also could not sleep because the room was right next to a moving train. We also complained to the staff (Edward), and he didn't do anything about it (this room was room number 20)

Disliked: No elevator made moving luggage challenging

Comfortable and very convenient

Liked: Good rooms, decent bed and shower room, suprisingly quiet given the location. Nice big full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, very convenient location right opposite Waterloo station.
Disliked: The pub was very busy but it was a Friday just before Xmas. Only one towel in the room and we had to ask twice to get a second one, but no real issues at all.
