Overall good experience ☺️

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, staff were polite and helpful, good location.
Disliked: It was a little bit loud because of the train that goes by, room was a little bit old and used.

Met my needs

Liked: Perfect location for where I needed it to be but that won’t suit everyone. Great pub so ease of a meal and bed at end of a busy day.
Disliked: Too noisy as its location on the road, next to the station and my room was in line with a utility bridge used by workmen at station throughout the night. Also rooms are up lots of winding stairs

Good

Liked: Comfortable little room for 4 nights in London. Great location across the street from Waterloo station. The breakfast was great! They had a full menu and you got to choose what to order. The room had everything you could need, as well as a fridge with a few drinks and snacks. Great stay overall and would recommend.
Disliked: It was pretty loud at night. This was something we expected from the reviews and they provided ear plugs. Feel like it was a fair trade from the location though. The room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in but was fine. Also, for my American friends, there is no elevator or air conditioning. Again this was expected, but more of an FYI.

Bad

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: It was very bad. Staff was drunk, No elevator in hotel. It’s not hotel it’s bar.

Pleasant

Liked: Obviously, the location is good, being a 2 minute walk from Waterloo. The room was OK, a little poky, but had what we needed. The shower door was broken & didn't shut properly, which meant that the water leaks over the floor, hence the repair work!
Disliked: The price! If this was about £75 a night, it could be justified, but not worth nearly £200 a night by a long shot

Comfortable, very well located with...

Liked: Very well located, comfortable, very helpful and cheerful staff, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: A bit noisy, but to be expected as it is next to a railway station and main road.

Good location not good if...

Liked: It was close to the London eye and attractions
Disliked: No elevator made it hard for me with mobility issues. There was not parking we had to go out and pay. Staff didn’t help us up when we got to our room they had things with empty boxes missing
