Liked: What a welcome stay on our round the island cycle trip. Location is great, rooms freshly refurbished, very clean, great views. Helpful staff. Kids and grown ups loved our stay.I will not be looking for any other place to stay in Ventnor.

Stunning views, beautiful rooms
Liked: Fabulous hotel, full of history and character. Absolutely stunning views over beach and just a 2 minutes walk away. The rooms are fantastically spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds were very comfortable and staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. We found a parking space on the side of the road just outside.

Great last minute stay at...
Liked: Property is located at the top of cliffs at Ventnor and can’t be beaten ,views from the room are fantastic with a generous balcony. Great history on the building.Fixtures and fittings look great but do need attention to detail, roll top bath is fantastic!Staff very pleasant.would definitely recommend a stay there if you get the chance.
Disliked: Room had no glasses for drinks and a lack of sockets. Staff provided an extension lead on request but this is far from ideal. Shower had a mind of its own and needs attention to rectify. No more to moan about really as the place comes with the creaks and squeaks you’d expect from a building this age and this adds to the experience.
