Rob was an attentive host,...

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and Rob was a great host - very attentive. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Soya milk in the room also a nice touch. I enjoyed the breakfast - the vegan sausages were much appreciated! The room was also warm which was good as the temperature started to plummet soon after arriving. The bed also 'just right'...I got a good night's sleep.
Disliked: Not much really - the bathroom needed a touch up of paint in places but the room and bathroom were totally fine for my needs.

Liked: The location was very good for our trip to Northallerton. We enjoyed our evening meal and the breakfast was very good.The staff were friendly and very helpful.The room was very spacious, clean and warm.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice country place to stay

Liked: It was a lovely place to stay and all the staff were very friendly,
Disliked: Even the locals that came in were very chatty and friendly. Breakfast was great and the food was excellent.
