We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the city and went to see Rising Appalachia featuring Arouna Diarra at Rumba Cafe that is only 2 blocks away from the hostel.

Liked: We loved the whole experience. It was new for us.

Basic needs met

Disliked: I’m not sure I can recommend this hostel to female solo travellers. Most guests were men, the place reeked of smoking in the evening, and the door to my private room couldn’t be locked from the inside. This place is the definition of ‚basic needs met’. I called and left a message for the contact number and didn’t get a call back during or after my stay. I think I will have to pass on staying here next time.
